Rabbi said: Whoever occupies himself with Perek Shirah in this world merits to learn and to teach, to observe and to do and to fulfil; his study is upheld in his hand; he is saved from the evil inclination, from a harmful mishap, from the beating of the grave, from the judgment of Gehinnom, and from the travails of Mashiach; he lengthens his days, and merits the days of Mashiach and the life of the World to Come.
