These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of shouvaisrael.com (the “Site”), operated by RIF Research Foundation Inc (“RIF”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Donations and Contributions
All donations made through the Site are voluntary and, unless otherwise stated, are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law or is granted at our discretion in the case of an error (for example, a duplicate charge). Donations are processed by a third-party payment processor. RIF is a tax-exempt organisation and will issue receipts for contributions as required.
