Our Commitment to Security
RIF Research Foundation Inc takes the security of shouvaisrael.com and the information you entrust to us seriously. This page outlines the measures we take to protect your data and how to report a security concern.
How We Protect Your Information
- Encryption in transit. The Site is served over HTTPS (TLS), so information exchanged with your browser is encrypted.
- Secure payment processing. Donations are handled by a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor (Stripe, through our donation platform GiveWP). Card details are submitted directly to the processor and are never stored on our servers.
- Access controls. Access to our systems is restricted to authorised personnel and protected by strong authentication.
- Monitoring and updates. We keep our software updated and monitor the Site for unusual activity and known vulnerabilities.
- Data minimisation. We collect only the information we need to carry out our mission and serve our community.
Payment Security
All payment information is transmitted using industry-standard encryption and handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number, expiry date, or security code.
Account Security
If you create an account on the Site, please choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Reporting a Security Concern
If you believe you have found a security issue on the Site, or you suspect fraudulent activity relating to RIF, please contact us right away through our Contact Us page so we can investigate. We appreciate responsible disclosure and ask that you give us a reasonable opportunity to respond before disclosing an issue publicly.
